While I love Buffalo, and it's a great place to live, there is no beating around the bush. Winters here are rough. While working for my clients to find homes in Western New York, I found that an overwhelming amount of them were also interested in Florida.

There is a reason it is called the Sunshine State. Along with the perfect weather people also love the beautiful beaches, outdoor recreation activities, lower taxes, and so much more.
